WHAT THIS IS. Stampede is a simulated proprietary trading evaluation service operated by Stampede Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus (company no. HE 494949), registered office Nikis 1, Anthoupoli, 2350 Nicosia, Cyprus. Every account we provide, including funded accounts, is a simulated account trading a fictitious balance against live market data. No customer ever trades real money on real markets through Stampede. Stampede is not a brokerage, does not accept deposits, never holds your trading capital, and provides no investment advice or recommendation of any kind. Challenge fees are payments for an evaluation service, never deposits. Payouts of performance rewards are real money, made under published mechanical rules with no discretionary denial.
HONEST ODDS. The evaluation is deliberately rigorous. Most participants do not pass, there is no guarantee a future attempt will go better, and you should purchase a challenge only if you are confident in your trading and accept the risk of not qualifying. Because Stampede earns a fee each time a trader fails and purchases another evaluation, a conflict of interest exists between Stampede and every evaluation trader. We would rather print that sentence than be the firm that hides it. It also is not the business we are building: we are scouting traders worth backing with the firm's real capital, and simulation is what lets us run that search at scale without taking a real loss on every trader who is not ready yet.
FIRM RISK MANAGEMENT. Separately from the service we provide, the firm may hedge or deploy its own capital, at its sole discretion, informed by trading activity on the platform. Any market-facing transaction is carried out exclusively by the firm, for the firm's own principal account, with the firm's own capital and at the firm's own risk. The customer's account stays simulated, the customer holds no interest in the firm's accounts, assets, or trades, or in any profit the firm makes, and is paid only the performance reward earned on the simulated account under the published rules. Nothing in the customer relationship changes and there is no separate customer contract.
WHERE AND WHO. This site and its services are not directed at, and Stampede does not accept registrations from, residents of any country subject to comprehensive international sanctions (including those administered by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the US Office of Foreign Assets Control), any country the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) identifies as high-risk or subject to a call for action, or any jurisdiction where taking part in a simulated trading evaluation would be contrary to local law; the current list is on our restricted countries page. Ensuring your use of Stampede is lawful where you live is your responsibility. LHFX is a separate real-money brokerage that does not serve US persons; Stampede is a separate brand and service, built by the same team, that welcomes US traders.
