1. Who can use Stampede
Stampede serves traders in all 50 US states and the District of Columbia. Outside the US, availability depends on local law and the restrictions set out below.
2. Sanctions and high-risk jurisdictions
Stampede does not accept registrations from, and does not provide service to, any person ordinarily resident in, located in, or a national of a country or region subject to comprehensive international sanctions, including those administered by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), nor to any person named on a relevant sanctions or denied-persons list. We also do not accept registrations from countries the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) identifies as high-risk or subject to a call for action (the FATF “red list”). This currently includes, without limitation, Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, and is updated as the law and the FATF lists change. In particular, Stampede does not accept registrations from Russia, Myanmar, Iran, or North Korea.
3. Where participation would be unlawful
We do not accept registrations from, and may decline or restrict service in, any jurisdiction where taking part in a simulated trading evaluation would be contrary to local law, or would expose the firm to licensing requirements it has not met. Ensuring that your use of Stampede is lawful where you live is your responsibility. Where a restriction applies, it is enforced at sign-up and again at the payment and payout stages.
4. Verification
Eligibility and location are verified during identity checks at the funded stage. Supplying false information about your residency or identity is a breach of the Terms and grounds for closing your accounts and withholding payouts, as the Refund Policy and Client Agreement provide.
