Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement is between you and Stampede Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 494949, with its registered office at Nikis 1, Anthoupoli, 2350 Nicosia, Cyprus, operating Stampede at stampedeprop.com(“Stampede”, “we”, “us”). It governs your participation in the Stampede affiliate program. The Terms and Conditions are incorporated by reference, including their dispute resolution provisions.

You may join if you are at least 18, not resident in a jurisdiction we do not serve, and your application is approved. We review every application and may decline or revoke approval where promotion methods do not meet this Agreement. Identity verification is required before your first commission payout, not before you start.

You earn 25% of the fee paid on each first-time order you refer. A first-time order is the first completed Evaluation purchase by a customer who has never purchased from Stampede before.

After the first order, you earn 5% of the fee paid on each further purchase by that customer (repurchases, resets, and add-ons), provided no more than 90 days pass between their purchases. Each completed purchase restarts the 90-day period. If 90 days pass without a purchase, your attribution to that customer ends permanently, including where they later purchase again. Orders that are refunded or charged back earn nothing.

An order is attributed to you when either:

• your affiliate code is applied at checkout, which always wins attribution; or
• the customer arrives through your affiliate link and purchases within 60 days, on a last-click basis, with no code applied.

Attribution is decided by our tracking records, applied the same way to every affiliate. There is one affiliate level: nobody earns on your referrals but you.

Your code gives your audience 5% off a first order and locks your attribution on it. The code is yours to share wherever your content appears. We may rotate or retire a code where it is being abused, scraped into misleading listings, or used in breach of Section 6, and we will issue you a replacement unless the abuse is yours.

Commissions become payable once the referred order is final, meaning the 24-hour cancellation window in the Refund Policy has passed without cancellation. You can withdraw on demand any time your balance is at least $50, processed same day on the same rails as trader payouts: USDC, landing in minutes.

• Disclose your material connection to Stampede clearly and conspicuously in every piece of promotional content, as the FTC Endorsement Guides and equivalent local rules require.
• Do not present the simulated evaluation or funded accounts as a personal real-money brokerage account.
• Never state or imply guaranteed passes, guaranteed profits, typical earnings, or that customers trade real money on real markets through Stampede.
• Never present LHFX as serving US persons or as the seller of Stampede products.
• Paid advertising is permitted if you notify partners@stampedeprop.com before the campaign goes live.
• Quote prices and rules exactly as published.

You must not:

• refer yourself, your household, or accounts you control, or route your own purchases through your code;
• bid on Stampede brand terms or misspellings in any ad platform, or register domains or handles confusingly similar to ours;
• send spam, run incentivized signup schemes, stuff cookies, or inject your attribution into traffic you did not generate;
• promote pass services, account management, or anything the Terms prohibit customers from doing; or
• use marketing that is deceptive in any way, including fake payout proofs. Real proof is the whole point of this brand.

Commission on an order that is refunded, charged back, or found fraudulent is reversed, from your balance or from future commissions. Commission generated by conduct prohibited under Section 6 is void in full, and we may terminate under Section 10.

Monthly upfront fees, performance bonuses, and content commitments for larger partners are agreed in a separate written addendum, offered at our discretion against your verifiable performance data. This Agreement continues to apply underneath any addendum.

You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing here creates employment, partnership, agency, or any authority to act for us. You are responsible for your own taxes on commissions.

Either of us can end this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. On termination, validly earned commissions remain payable and are released on your next withdrawal; commissions tied to fraud or prohibited conduct are not. Sections 6, 7, 9, and 11 survive termination.

The limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution provisions of the Terms and Conditions, including Delaware law, binding individual arbitration, and the class action waiver in Section 18 of the Terms, apply to this Agreement as if set out here.
